// product development

We build products.
We help you build yours.

Trinity Wireless Solutions is a product development partner for companies shipping wireless and RF hardware. We bring the same engineering rigor to your program that we apply to our own instruments.

01

We build our own products.

TWS designs and ships its own RF test instruments — TTSG, RFFT, LCLT, RVPT. Every line of firmware, every PCB stack-up, every calibration routine is owned and proven in-house. Our product roadmap is not theory; it is the same engineering discipline we bring to client work.

02

We help you build yours.

Whether you have a sketch on a napkin, a stalled prototype, or a fielded product that needs a next generation, we plug in as your wireless engineering team. Architecture, RF, firmware, mechanical integration, manufacturing transition — we cover the full path from concept to production.

03

End-to-end ownership.

We do not hand you a slide deck and walk away. TWS engineers stay accountable through bench bring-up, EVT/DVT/PVT, certification testing, and field commissioning. Our deliverables are working hardware and software, not just documents.

// how we engage

From concept to sustaining engineering.

You can pull us in at any phase. Most programs benefit when we are involved early — that is where the biggest risks live and where the cheapest decisions are made.

Concept

Requirements, link budgets, architecture trade studies, technology selection.

Prototype

Schematic, layout, firmware, lab validation, design of experiments.

Productize

Design for manufacture, supplier transition, compliance, calibration, certification.

Sustain

Field support, next-gen revisions, second-source qualification, EOL planning.

// the partnership

A real engineering team, not a staffing line item.

You get senior RF, embedded, and systems engineers who have shipped products in defense, public safety, industrial, and commercial wireless. You get a lab, instruments, and a documented process. You get accountability through first articles and beyond.

We work best with teams that are serious about getting a product out the door and willing to make decisions. If that sounds like you, we should talk.
